County Road Network
The County Road Network includes almost 650 kilometres of roads and over 190 bridges and major culverts. The Public Works Department ensures the County Road Network is constructed and maintained in line with industry standards so you can travel safely and efficiently throughout Lambton County.

Construction projects include road reconstruction, paving, and bridge replacements. Maintenance activities include grading shoulders, preventative maintenance treatments, tree trimming, and snow removal. Visit the Road Closures page for a listing of upcoming and current road closures.

County Road 8 (Forest Road) and County Road 22 (London Line) intersection
A Public Consultation Centre was held on Monday, November 25 about the future County Road 22 (London Line) and County Road 8 (Forest Road) intersection roundabout project.
The County of Lambton has retained BT Engineering Inc. to complete the design for improvements to the County Road 22 (London Line) and County Road 8 (Forest Road) intersection located on the municipal boundary of the Town of Plympton-Wyoming and the Township of Warwick. The design includes a roundabout to improve the operation and safety of the existing intersection.
